Thank you for your interest in the H&H Creations of Custom Embroidery affiliate program. We are currently offering a referral fee of 5% per fulfilled order to our affiliates on direct referrals. All you need to do is sign up, then place a banner, a link, whatever you'd like on your website, passing along your affiliate ID number. Simply fill out the form below, then copy and paste the resulting link into your webpage. Terms & Conditions: H&H Creations of Custom Embroidery will not permit the placement of banners or links on any website which in our sole judgement is participating in, but not necessarily limited to; The Transfer of Warez (pirated software), Hate Mongering, Pornography, Lewdness, Extreme Religious Beliefs and any other site which we deem to be conducting Illegal or Immoral Activity. Nike Golf, Tiger Woods and PING products purchased must be sold only with embellishment. Sale of Nike Golf, Tiger Woods or PING apparel on the Internet or elsewhere without embellishment is strictly forbidden. Generic, obscure and/or temporary decoration, in order to resell Nike Golf, Tiger Woods or PING products, is prohibited. In addition, online sales of these products may be made only from the H&H Creations of Custom Embroidery site (www.hhembroidery.com). Sales on or through eBay, Amazon, Craigslist or any other third party site are prohibited. Failing to comply with these policies will result in loss of privileges for selling these brands. US Residents: By law, we must report all earnings as non-employee compensation to the IRS should your earnings for a given year amount to $600.00 or more. If you reach this amount during the calendar year, we will mail you IRS Form W-9 that you must fill out, sign, and return to us by mail with photocopies of a valid ID (such as driver's license, or Credit Card) and your Social Security Card or Employee Identification Number before you will receive another commission payment. Anyone discovered attempting to avoid tax payment by signing up as a new affiliate when approaching $600.00 in commission payments will be dropped from our affiliate program immediately and reported to the IRS. Commission checks will be processed and mailed on approximately on the 15th of the month for the previous month's sales to allow time for any returns/refunds. Should a refund be necessary on any sale for which your commissions have been paid, the appropriate amount will be deducted from your next commission payment. Please allow 30 days for payments to be disbursed before inquiring as to the whereabouts of your payment. All commissions paid in US funds. H&H Creations of Custom Embroidery is firmly against SPAMMING and JUNK FAXING, and although we feel it is acceptable to send your affiliate link to friends and family members, if we receive ANY substantiated reports that you are SPAMMING or JUNK FAXING, you will be dropped from our affiliate referral program immediately and without warning. NO SECOND CHANCES! Furthermore, any commissions earned from this activity will not be paid. Unsolicited advertisment through e-mail or fax costs everyone money and will result in our mail server being blacklisted. We do not condone those forms of advertisement under ANY circumstances. H&H Creations of Custom Embroidery reserves the right to cancel, or alter our affiliate referral program at any time.
