Things keep getting away from us with starting the new business, but I wanted to let you know we LOVE our embroidered stuff!!  The logo as you rendered it looks great on the clothes, even though it is a bit different from our print logo.  You really captured the "Whole Horse" element even though our budget required fewer colors and a simpler design.  Thank you for working with us and helping us get a great embroidered logo for a price our new small business could afford!

Anyway, we wanted to let you know how happy we were with our embroidery, and our whole experience with you.  You were great help with getting the logo digitized in a way we could afford, and helping with color selection, etc.  I did end up comparing with a number of places and I really like your fair, up-front, transparent pricing.  It made it a lot easier to figure out what the actual cost was going to be because you did not have to add on a bunch of confusing extra charges to figure out the total.  I am really glad we chose you to do our embroidery and we will definitely be ordering again and recommending you to anyone who asks.

The blanket is beautiful and the stitching is excellent. I have seen other embroidery where the stitiching is not quite compact enough. I did not choose a design but I loved your large selection of designs and would definetely keep you in mind for a one of a kind design as well. When ordering online, it is often a concern if anyone on the other end of the order is going to communicate with you in a timely manner. So, I really appreciated how quickly you responded to my questions. Your prices are very reasonable including the S&H charges and you delivered my item very quickly. I loved that you sent the screenshots of what the finished product would look like and that you offered suggestions about my final design. I will purchase from you again in the future.
