Do you have your own artwork (your logo for example) that you'd like embroidered?

JPG or GIF are the easiest and most universal, but we can convert just about any format. TIFF format works as well. We are a PC shop and sometimes MAC files cause trouble. If you are sending a MAC file or a file larger than 1 MB please convert to high quality JPG, and reduce the file size if necessary. If you have an embroidery file, we can probably use it if it's well done.

Step 1: Click on the "Browse" button above to select the file you wish to send us.
Step 2: Click on the "Click here to Send Us Your Graphic" button to send the file.
Step 3: After the file is sent a screen will appear that will ask you for your name, phone, and email address. It will also ask you for comments. Please use this field to tell us:

• what you'd like your art to be embroidered on to. For instance... Onto the left chest of a polo shirt.
• How many items you need embroidered
• How soon you need the items completed.
• If you know the font name of lettering included in your art - tell us the name.
• And anything else you'd like to tell us.

Please note that digitizing costs are a minimum of $75 and are calculated at a rate of $15 per 1,000 stitches. Below are some samples of art and resulting embroideries.

When digitizing your art we'll zoom in to about 400 times original size. So...

• Please send us a file that is 300 - 600 dpi, and actual size
• Please don't send us art that is:
  • Faxed
  • Photocopied
  • Of something already embroidered
  • Photographs
  • Freehand sketches
• Lettering sews best when larger than 1/4" high.
• Lettering should not be too thin or too close together
