- If you change your mind before we embroider your article(s)
- you'll get a refund less a minimal restocking fee
- If you change your mind after we embroider your article(s) -
I'm sorry, but we won't be able to give you a refund.
- If we made a mistake, although highly unlikely, then your order
is on us. We'll either give you a full refund or redo what we
did wrong until you are completely satisfied.
- Digitizing costs can not be refunded once the digitizing process
has begun.
