RETURN POLICY
- If you change your mind before we embroider your article(s) - you'll get a refund less a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to return an item that was not embroidered, you must return it within 14 days of when you've received it. You will not receive a refund if you return it after the 14 days expire.
- If you change your mind after we embroider your article(s) - we are sorry, but we won't be able to give you a refund.
- If we made a mistake, although highly unlikely, then your order is on us. We'll either give you a full refund or redo what we did wrong until you are completely satisfied.
- Digitizing costs can not be refunded once the digitizing process has begun.
