DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN ARTWORK OR YOUR COMPANY
LOGO THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE EMBROIDERED?
At The bottom of this
page is a form for you to use to upload your graphic file to us.
Before you go there, please take a look at the following:
Maximum file size allowed = 15 MB. If
you have your graphic as a vector file, that would be best; file
types that work best are either .ai or .eps. Please be sure that
your text is also in vectors.
If you don't have a vector file, the next best
thing is a .jpg file at 300 ppi or higher at the actual size that
you want your embroidery to be.
If you don't have any of the above, upload or
email to us what you do have. We'll do our best with it.
If you only have a printout or business card,
that's fine too. We'll be happy to take a look at it. Mail it
to us at:
H&H Creations
18215 Marilla Rd.
Copemish MI 49625
Please note that we are a PC shop and sometimes
MAC files cause trouble. If you are sending a MAC file or a file
larger than 1 MB please convert to vectors or to a high quality
JPG, and reduce the file size if necessary. If you have an embroidery
file, we can probably use it if it's well done.
One more thing
The better your art, the
less expensive for us to digitize it (turn it into a stitch file).
Our pricing is based on how long it takes to create the stitch
file. By giving us a vector file, we won't have to redraw all
the lines. That's a huge time savings for us, and therefore a
huge cost savings for you.
GOOD ART = GOOD EMBROIDERIES!
Good Art would be in the form of a vector file
or high quality JPG. Forwarding these to us will ensure a good
quality embroidery at a very reasonable price.
Examples of not so good art are listed below.
While we'll be happy to look at your art in whatever form it is
in, please take the following into consideration:
- Please DON'T attempt to fax
us your art. Faxing loses way too much detail. If you only have
a hardcopy of your art, mail it to us at the above address.
- Photos don't work well either.
There is usually way too much detail in photos to convert into
a stitch file. And it is incredibly time consuming to attempt
this. But if you'd like us to take a look at your photo, either
scan it at 300 ppi or higher at actual size and email it to
us, or mail it to us at the above address.
- Existing embroideries are very
time consuming to attempt to duplicate. But it can be done.
Either scan the embroidery at 300 ppi or higher at actual size
and email it to us, or mail it to us at the above address.
- Freehand sketches can look
really cool as embroideries. Again, either scan your sketch
at 300 ppi at actual size and email it to us, or mail it to
us at the above address.
- Lettering in your artwork should
be larger than ΒΌ" in height (the lower case letters). Anything
smaller than this won't look good in an embroidery.
DIGITIZING COSTS
The following are some examples of digitizing
costs with the original art and the resulting embroidery:

|
DIGITIZING COST = APPROX. $150
Some of the detail in this logo
is quite small so a background fill was required. Note that
this could also serve as a patch which you could sew or
iron onto just about anything.

|

|
DIGITIZING COST = APPROX. $200
There was so much detail in the original
art that it could not be reproduced exactly at this size.
